With Judge.me winding down WordPress/WooCommerce support, many stores are moving their review history to ReviewX. The migration itself now runs through ReviewX’s standard CSV Import tool rather than a dedicated one-click importer — this guide covers the current process end to end.
What carries over
Review text, ratings, reviewer name/email, and review dates transfer through the CSV import. Photo attachments transfer if your export includes image URLs and you map that column during import.
Step 1: Export your Judge.me reviews to CSV
From your Judge.me dashboard, export your reviews as a CSV file. Judge.me’s export includes columns for product, rating, review body, reviewer name/email, and date — keep the file as-is, you’ll map columns in the next step rather than needing to reformat it.
Step 2: Open ReviewX’s Import/Export tool
- In wp-admin, go to ReviewX → Import/Export → Review Import.
- Upload the Judge.me CSV file.
Note: uploading reviews from an external source like Judge.me requires a paid plan — the CSV importer itself is Pro-gated for non-native sources.
Step 3: Map columns and products
ReviewX shows a column-mapping screen: match each Judge.me CSV column (rating, review text, reviewer name, email, date, image URL) to the matching ReviewX field, and map each row to the correct WooCommerce product using the built-in product mapping step.
Step 4: Run the import
Confirm the mapping and start the import. ReviewX processes the file and adds each row as a review on the mapped product. Progress and results are recorded in Import History, where you can also revert an import if something was mapped incorrectly.
Step 5: Verify your reviews
Check ReviewX → Reviews → All Reviews to confirm the imported reviews appear correctly on the right products. If reviews show in WooCommerce’s native comments but not in ReviewX, see Troubleshooting Judge.me Migration.
