Certain customer reviews deserve maximum prominence — whether it is a detailed testimonial with high-resolution photos, feedback from an industry influencer, or a glowing review highlighting key product benefits. ReviewX includes a built-in Highlight Review feature that pins chosen reviews to the top of the storefront review list.
How to Highlight a Review
- In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to ReviewX → Reviews.
- Under the All reviews tab, find the customer review you want to feature.
- Click on the review row or click the Edit icon to open the Review Edit Side Drawer.
- Locate the Highlight Review toggle switch and turn it ON.
- Click Update Review to save the status.
Storefront Display
Highlighted reviews remain pinned at the very top of the product review list regardless of submission date. They feature an accent highlight border or badge, ensuring prospective buyers see your top customer testimonials first.
