By default, WooCommerce limits a customer to one review per product. If your store sells consumables, subscriptions, or repeat-purchase items, that one-review limit doesn’t reflect how customers actually use the product over time — ReviewX lets you lift it.
Step 1: Open Review Settings
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings and turn on Allow Multiple Review. This option is available on paid plans.
Step 2: Save
Click Save. Customers can now submit a new review each time they order the product again, rather than being limited to their first one.
