When are review reminders sent?

After the order reaches the status you choose (for example Completed), plus the number of days you set. Follow-ups go only to customers who have not reviewed yet.

How many emails can I send?

With the ReviewX sender, the free plan includes 20 emails a month and paid plans 200. Connect your own email (SMTP) and there is no monthly limit.

Can customers unsubscribe?

Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed customers are never emailed again.
