Is ReviewX free?
Yes. The free plan is free forever for one store: two rating criteria, photo reviews, review request emails, discounts for reviews and Google review stars. Paid plans add video reviews, automatic follow-ups, replies, moderation, import and up to 10 criteria.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. ReviewX works with WooCommerce products and with any WordPress post type, such as courses, listings, services or recipes. Review emails and discounts need WooCommerce orders.
Can I bring my reviews from another plugin?
Yes. Existing WooCommerce reviews sync automatically, and paid plans import from CSV and from tools like Yotpo, Loox and Fera.
Will ReviewX show star ratings in Google?
Yes. ReviewX adds review rich results schema to products and other post types, so search engines can show your star rating.
Can I send review emails from my own address?
Yes. Connect your own email and there is no monthly limit. With the ReviewX sender, the free plan includes 20 emails a month and paid plans 200.
What happens when the trial ends?
