High-volume WooCommerce stores generate hundreds of automated reminder queues weekly. The Review Reminder dashboard in ReviewX includes bulk selection tools so store administrators can dispatch, reschedule, or cancel reminders in batches.

How to Bulk Manage Scheduled Reminder Emails
- Navigate to ReviewX → Review Reminder in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Click the Request Emails or Orders tab to view the queue of pending reminder dispatches.
- Use the multi-select checkbox at the top left of the table to select all orders, or check specific customer rows manually.
- Open the Bulk Actions dropdown menu above the table:
- Send Now: Instantly dispatches the review reminder email to all selected customers without waiting for the scheduled delay.
- Cancel / Delete: Cancels the pending reminder for selected orders (useful if an order had a return, exchange, or shipping delay).
- Click Apply to execute the bulk action.
Monitoring Delivery Metrics
The table displays real-time delivery status columns (Scheduled, Sent, Opened, Reviewed), allowing you to measure conversion rates directly from the dashboard.
