A customer might leave a review with a typo, an outdated detail, or a rating that doesn’t match their comment — rather than deleting good feedback over a small mistake, ReviewX lets you edit reviews directly.
Step 1: Open All Reviews
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → All Reviews.
Step 2: Edit a review
Hover over the review you want to change and click Edit. You can update the reviewer’s name, the star rating, and the review text.
Step 3: Save your changes
Click Save — the edited version replaces the original immediately, everywhere the review is displayed.
A note on editing customer content
Editing ratings or wording on a customer’s behalf is a moderation tool for genuine mistakes or policy violations (spam links, contact info, etc.) — not a way to rewrite negative feedback into positive feedback. Used the wrong way, it undermines the trust reviews are supposed to build.
