Not every reviewer wants their name attached to public feedback. ReviewX lets you hide reviewer names store-wide, so reviews still build trust without exposing who wrote them.
How to hide reviewer names
- Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings.
- Turn off Display Reviewer’s Name.
- Click Save.
Once disabled, reviews display without the reviewer’s name attached, store-wide, for the product type you configured it on.
Want a middle ground?
If you’d rather show a partially hidden name (like “J*** D.”) instead of removing it entirely, use the separate censor reviewer name option in the same settings tab — see Displaying a Censored Reviewer Name.
