Step 1: Enable reviews on the Download post type
Go to ReviewX → Custom Post Types and enable ReviewX for the Downloads post type.
Step 2: Configure criteria and photo reviews
Set up multi-criteria ratings and photo review options for Downloads the same way you would for a WooCommerce product — these settings are configured per post type.
Step 3: Publish and verify
