The first review request is the initial nudge a customer gets after their order completes — the highest-converting of ReviewX’s reminder stages, since it lands while the purchase is still fresh.
Step 1: Open Reminder Settings
Go to ReviewX → Review Reminder → Reminder Settings and enable First Review Request.
Step 2: Customize the email
Go to Email Content and edit the banner, subject, body, and button text for this stage.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. This email now sends automatically based on your configured delay after order completion.
