Offering a discount alongside your first review request is one of the most effective ways to boost your review submission rate right out of the gate.
Step 1: Open Discount for Review settings
Go to ReviewX → Discount for Review → Review for Discount and enable First Review Request.
Step 2: Choose your coupon type
- Auto Generated Single Use — each customer gets a unique, one-time code.
- Single Code For All — every qualifying customer gets the same code.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. Customers who submit a review in response to your first review request now automatically receive a discount email.
