Welcome to ReviewX. Completing the onboarding process is the first step to unlocking the full potential of ReviewX for your WooCommerce store. ReviewX onboarding process is designed to help you quickly set up and customize ReviewX, allowing you to gather detailed and visually engaging reviews from your customers immediately. 

In this guide, we will walk you through each step of the onboarding process, from installation to initial configuration, ensuring a smooth start with the plugin.

Step 1: ReviewX Installing process

Install and Activate the ReviewX Plugin. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Plugins > Add New plugin. Search for ‘ReviewX’ in the plugins section, and once you find it, click Install Now. For a better understanding, you can follow this documentation.

Step 2: ReviewX Quick Setup process

After installation, the ReviewX Quick Setup will appear automatically. If it doesn’t, simply click on the ‘ReviewX’ section to launch it. In this setup, you can customize the ‘Brand Color‘ to match your site’s appearance in the review section. For layout customization, you can choose between ‘List,’ ‘Grid,’ or ‘Masonry‘ based on your preference. After selecting your layout, click ‘Continue‘ to proceed to the next step.

‘Enable‘ the multi-criteria review feature in ReviewX to define criteria names based on your store’s products. Additional criteria can be added at any time through the settings.

‘Enable’ the Photo Review feature to allow customers to upload images with their reviews, enhancing credibility and trust.

‘Enable‘ the Send Auto-Review Request feature to automatically send review requests to customers. This feature can be customized later in the settings as per your preference. 

Finally, If you already have an account in the ReviewX client portal, you can simply ‘Sign In‘ with existing credentials or enter your license key to log in. If you don’t have an account, you can easily ‘Create a Free Account‘ to get started.

Congratulations on completing the onboarding process! You’re now ready to start collecting valuable customer reviews on your WooCommerce store. With ReviewX, you can enhance your store’s credibility and engage customers by displaying dynamic, multi-criteria reviews.
