When you reply to a customer’s review, ReviewX can show your shop’s logo next to that reply instead of a generic admin icon — a small touch that makes replies read as coming from the store, not just “the system.” This is a Pro feature, configured from ReviewX’s own settings rather than a native WooCommerce option.
Step 1: Open Admin Notification settings
Go to ReviewX → General Settings → General and find the Admin Notification section.
Step 2: Upload your logo
Under Shop Icon, click Upload Icon and choose an image from your media library. This option only appears for Pro/paid plans — on the free plan you’ll see an upgrade prompt in its place.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. From then on, every admin reply on a review shows your uploaded logo instead of the default icon.
