The ReviewX rating graph provides an interactive statistical overview of your store’s customer satisfaction. In addition to visualizing your 5-star to 1-star breakdown with progress bars, the component features interactive hover tooltips and click-to-filter functionality.

1. Hover Tooltip Experience
When shoppers hover their mouse over any of the five star rating bars (or tap on mobile devices), ReviewX reveals an informative floating tooltip. This tooltip shows:
- The exact percentage of total reviews representing that rating tier (e.g., 80%).
- The precise count of customer reviews submitted for that tier (e.g., 12 reviews).
2. Click-to-Filter Functionality
Shoppers often want to read critical reviews before making a purchase decision. ReviewX makes this seamless:
- Clicking any rating bar (for example, the 4 Star or 1 Star bar) automatically filters the review list below to show only reviews with that star score.
- The active rating bar is highlighted to indicate the current filter state.
- Clicking the active bar again or clicking the All tab resets the filter and restores all reviews.
Using the Component as a Shortcode
You can embed this interactive rating graph on custom landing pages or page builder templates using the [rvx-stats] shortcode.
