Trashing a review still keeps it recoverable; sometimes you want it gone for good — spam, a policy violation, or a review tied to test data you don’t want lingering in your store.
Step 1: Open All Reviews
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → All Reviews.
Step 2: Delete permanently
Find the review, open its action menu, and choose Delete Permanently (rather than Trash, which just moves it to a recoverable state).
This can’t be undone
Permanently deleted reviews are removed from both WordPress and your ReviewX account — there’s no trash to restore from. If you’re unsure, trash the review first and delete permanently later once you’re sure.
Deleting many at once
Select multiple reviews using the checkboxes in the All Reviews table, then choose Delete Permanently from the bulk actions menu to remove several in one go.
