How to Troubleshoot a Judge.me Migration to ReviewX

Imported your Judge.me reviews via CSV Import but they’re not showing up where expected? Here’s how to track down why.

Step 1: Check Import History

Go to ReviewX → Import/Export → Import History and confirm the import completed without errors. If rows failed, the history log lists which rows and why (usually a missing product match or an unmapped required column).

Step 2: Confirm the reviews exist in WooCommerce

Check WooCommerce → Reviews (or Comments) in wp-admin. If the imported reviews are there but not appearing on ReviewX’s widgets/shortcodes, the import itself succeeded and the issue is a display/sync one, not a data one — continue to Step 3.

Step 3: Reset ReviewX’s sync

  1. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins, deactivate ReviewX, then reactivate it.
  2. Open the ReviewX dashboard and confirm a new sync starts.
  3. Wait for the sync to finish (5–10 minutes for most stores), then check ReviewX → Reviews → All Reviews again.

Step 4: Re-check the product mapping

If specific products are still missing reviews, re-open the import and confirm those rows were mapped to the correct product ID during the column-mapping step — a common cause of “review imported but invisible” is a row mapped to the wrong product.
