How your reviews look matters as much as what they say — a well-styled review section reads as more trustworthy than a plain list of comments. ReviewX gives you several ways to customize the review appearance without touching any code.
Where to find these options
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Widget Settings. From here you can adjust:
- Layout — List, Grid, or Masonry, for how the review list is arranged.
- Graph style — how rating statistics and criteria breakdowns are visualized. See Advanced Visual Representations.
- Brand color — applied across buttons, graphs, and other visual elements in the widget.
- Badges — visual indicators like verified-purchase badges shown on qualifying reviews.
- Admin reply icon — upload a custom logo shown next to your replies. See Custom Logo for Admin Reply.
Photo review display
If you allow photo reviews, choose how attached images are displayed in the review list under the same Widget Settings tab — see Managing Photo & Video Reviews.
Save and preview
Click Save after each change, then check a product page — the storefront widget, and any shortcodes, widgets, or blocks you’ve placed elsewhere, all reflect the same styling automatically.
