Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings → Criteria to add your review criteria — each one becomes a separate rating customers score when they leave a review. How many criteria you can add depends on your plan; upgrade if you need more than your current plan allows.

Criteria can be reordered by drag-and-drop, renamed, or removed at any time from the same tab — see Managing Multiple Review Criteria for the full walkthrough.
