Once you’ve enabled video reviews, ReviewX lets you choose how customers provide their video: uploaded directly, linked from an external source like YouTube, or both.

Step 1: Enable video reviews

Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings and turn on Allow Video Review — see Managing Photo & Video Reviews if you haven’t set this up yet.

Step 2: Choose a video source

A dropdown appears once video reviews are enabled — choose:

• Internal — customers upload a video file directly.
• External — customers paste a link (e.g. a YouTube URL).
• Both — give customers the choice of either method.

Step 3: Save

Click Save. The review form now reflects whichever source option you selected.
