Migrating to ReviewX from another review plugin or external marketplace is seamless with the built-in CSV bulk import tool. You can import thousands of reviews, ratings, and verified buyer tags in minutes.

The 3-Step Import Process

Navigate to ReviewX → Import / Export and select the Import tab:

1. Step 1 — Download Template: Click Download Sample CSV to download the standardized CSV template. This file includes all required column headers and sample data rows for reference.
2. Step 2 — Match Columns: Format your reviews to match standard column headers:
   • Product ID / SKU: Identifies the target WooCommerce product.
   • Reviewer Name & Email: Identifies the feedback author.
   • Rating: Numerical rating from 1 to 5 stars.
   • Review Content & Title: The testimonial text.
   • Date: The timestamp of submission.
3. Step 3 — Upload & Import:
   • Drag and drop your finalized .csv file into the upload zone (supports files up to 10MB).
   • Auto publish: Check this option if you want all imported reviews to become publicly visible immediately.
   • Mark as verified: Check this option if you want imported reviews to receive the verified purchaser badge.
   • Click Import now to initiate the process.

Checking Import History

To verify the results of past imports, click the Import history tab. ReviewX logs total imported records, failed rows, and timestamps, with an option to download historical logs or roll back changes if necessary.
