Moving reviews from another store, another platform, or a spreadsheet into ReviewX doesn’t require touching your database directly — the CSV importer handles column mapping for you.
Step 1: Open the Import tool
Go to ReviewX → Import/Export → Import. Importing reviews from a CSV is available on paid plans.
Step 2: Upload your CSV file
Click Choose File, select a UTF-8 encoded CSV file, then click Upload to move to the mapping step.
Step 3: Choose a grouping column
Select the column that identifies which product each review belongs to — grouping by product title is usually the simplest choice.
Step 4: Map your columns
ReviewX shows your CSV’s column headers on the left and ReviewX’s fields on the right — match each one up. Product rating, review content, customer name, and email are required fields.
Step 5: Import
Click Import. Progress and results are recorded in Import History, where you can revert the import if something was mapped incorrectly.
