Accessing Email Content Settings
- Navigate to ReviewX → Review Reminder in your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on the Email content tab at the top.
- Select which reminder template you want to customize (e.g., First review request, Follow-up review request, or Photo/video request).
Customizing Your Email Templates
Within the email editor, you can tailor several key sections:
- Email Subject Line: Craft a compelling subject line (e.g., “How did you like your {product_name}?”) to maximize open rates.
- Email Body Text: Write a friendly, concise message thanking the customer for their order and explaining how their review helps other shoppers.
- Shop Logo: Configure your shop logo under ReviewX → Settings → General so it automatically displays in the email header.
- Unsubscribe Link: ReviewX automatically inserts a compliant unsubscribe footer so customers can opt out easily.
