Review reminder emails only work if the content actually sounds like your store — ReviewX gives you a full editor for the email subject and body, with dynamic placeholders so each customer gets a personalized message without you writing it by hand.
Step 1: Open the email content editor
Go to ReviewX → Review Reminder → Email Content and select which reminder stage you want to edit (first request, follow-up, photo request, or thank-you).
Step 2: Write the subject and body
Edit the subject line and the main content in the built-in editor — both start pre-filled with a working default, so you’re editing rather than writing from scratch.
Step 3: Use placeholders for dynamic data
Drop these into the subject or body to personalize each email automatically:
[customer_name][site_name][order_number]
Step 4: Save and test
Click Save, then send yourself a test copy — see Testing Review Reminder Emails.
Step 5: Turn the reminder on
Go to Reminder Settings, enable the toggle for the stage you just edited, and click Save. ReviewX now sends this reminder automatically based on your order-status and timing rules.
