Whether you’re seeding reviews for a new product launch or adding feedback a customer gave you outside your store, ReviewX lets you add a review manually as the admin.

Step 1: Open Add New Review

Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Add New Review and select Write Manually. This is available on paid plans.

Step 2: Fill in the review

Search for and select the product, set the rating (and criteria ratings, if enabled), write the review text, and enter the reviewer’s name and email.

Step 3: Create the review

Click Create Review. It appears in your product’s review list exactly like a customer-submitted one.

Use this responsibly

Manually added reviews should reflect genuine feedback you’ve received through another channel — fabricating reviews to mislead shoppers violates most advertising regulations (including FTC guidelines in the US) and undermines the trust your real reviews are building.
