Yes — installing ReviewX doesn’t touch reviews your store already had. Every existing WooCommerce review and rating stays exactly as it was.
What ReviewX doesn’t do retroactively is add multi-criteria breakdowns to those older reviews — they were submitted before you had criteria configured, so they only carry the single overall rating they were given at the time. Only reviews submitted after you set up criteria will include a per-criteria breakdown.
