Understanding Site & License Limits Per Plan

When selecting a ReviewX plan, each tier defines a specific Site Activation Limit. This limit determines how many separate WordPress storefronts can maintain concurrent live synchronization, automated review reminder emails, and Google Rich Snippet schema with ReviewX Cloud.

Plan Tier License Breakdown

Plan Tier Active Site Limit Recommended Store Profile
Free Plan 1 Site Single emerging store exploring multi-criteria reviews.
Pro Annual (Single Site) 1 Site Growing brands requiring video reviews and custom SMTP relays.
Pro Multi-Site 3 to 5 Sites Merchants managing multiple niche brands or regional stores.
Agency Lifetime / Enterprise 25 to 100+ Sites Digital agencies, web developers, and multi-client consultancies.

Do Staging and Localhost Domains Count Against Limits?

ReviewX recognizes modern web development workflows. Development environments operating on standard local domains (such as localhost, 127.0.0.1, *.local, or *.test) and recognized staging subdomains (such as staging.yourstore.com or dev.yourstore.com) do not permanently consume commercial production slots when managed properly.

What Happens When You Reach Your Limit?

If you attempt to activate a key on a new store when all allocated slots are filled, the WordPress onboarding wizard will alert you: “License activation limit reached”.

To resolve this, you can either:

  1. Disconnect an obsolete or staging site from the Licenses table in your Client Portal to free up a slot.
  2. Upgrade your subscription tier to a higher multi-site allowance.
