Review reminder and discount emails are one of the few touchpoints where a customer hears directly from your store rather than browsing it — adding your shop logo to the header of those emails makes them instantly recognizable instead of looking like generic system mail.
Step 1: Open General Settings
Go to ReviewX → General Settings → General and find the Shop Logo For Email Header section.
Step 2: Enable it
Check Enable Shop Logo in Emails. This setting only affects customer-facing emails sent via Review Reminder and Discount for Review — it doesn’t change anything else on your site.
Step 3: Upload your logo
Click Upload Logo and choose an image from your media library. This option is available on paid plans; free-plan stores will see an upgrade prompt here instead.
Step 4: Save
Click Save. Every review reminder and discount email sent after this now shows your logo in the header.
