Some customers are happy to leave honest feedback but don’t want their name attached — anonymous reviews give them that option without losing the review itself.
Step 1: Open Review Settings
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings and turn on Allow Anonymous Review.
Step 2: Save
Click Save. Customers now see a checkbox under the review form — checking it shows their review as “Anonymous” instead of their name.
Anonymous vs. hidden vs. censored names
