We calculate the rating based on the criteria(s) on review submission time and we store all the ratting data with each review individually into. the database.
So, in this scenario, the previously collected ratings for that particular criteria are been saved and still will be displayed for those individual reviews only. See the screenshot, this rating is based on all review criteria (by the review submission time)
