If you’ve set up multiple review criteria in ReviewX — things like Quality, Value for Money, and Shipping Speed — the [rvx-criteria-graph] shortcode is what turns those criteria into a readable bar-graph breakdown, showing the average score for each criterion side by side instead of a single blended star rating.
Basic usage
[rvx-criteria-graph]
On a product page or CPT entry, this renders the criteria graph for the current post using whatever criteria you’ve configured for that product type in Manage Multiple Review Criteria.
Parameters
| Parameter | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
title |
none | Optional heading shown above the graph. |
product_id |
current post | Render the graph for a specific WooCommerce product by ID. |
post_id |
current post | Render the graph for a specific custom post type entry by ID. |
Example
[rvx-criteria-graph title="Rated by Our Customers" product_id="128"]
Why a graph instead of one star rating?
A single average star rating hides useful detail — a product might average 4.5 stars overall but consistently score low on “Shipping Speed.” Showing per-criteria bars lets shoppers weigh what matters to them individually, which is exactly why ReviewX supports multi-criteria ratings in the first place instead of forcing every store into WooCommerce’s single default rating.
Note: if no custom criteria are configured for the product/post type, there’s nothing for this shortcode to break down — set criteria up first via Manage Multiple Review Criteria.
