Short answer: there’s nothing to install. ReviewX Pro isn’t a separate plugin, a separate zip file, or a separate upload — it’s the same free ReviewX plugin you already have, with Pro features unlocked as soon as a Pro license is connected.
Why there’s no separate download
Earlier versions of ReviewX did ship Pro as its own add-on plugin that had to be installed alongside the free version. That’s no longer the case — since the V2 rewrite, both tiers live in one codebase, and your plan (Free, Pro, Agency, or Lifetime Deal) is simply attached to your license/account rather than to a separate file.
What to actually do
- Make sure the free ReviewX plugin is installed and activated — this is the only plugin you need.
- Buy a Pro plan if you haven’t already.
- Activate your license key (or sign in with your account) on the plugin’s login screen.
That’s the entire process — once the license is active, Pro-only settings (admin reply, video reviews, anonymous reviews, review moderation, and more) simply appear where they were previously locked.
