What Happens When You Cancel Auto-Renewal?
- Full Access Until Billing Cycle Ends: You retain complete access to all Pro features (photo/video reviews, automated reminder sequences, custom SMTP) until the final day of your paid billing term.
- No Sudden Service Disruption: Your live storefront reviews, criteria graphs, and verified badges remain fully intact on your website.
- Reviews Are Never Deleted: Your customer reviews are safely stored in your WordPress database. Canceling your plan will never delete or erase your historical feedback.
Step-by-Step Cancellation Workflow
- Sign in to the ReviewX Client Portal.
- Click on Billing in the sidebar.
- Under your active subscription details, click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the prompt. Your subscription status will transition to “Active (Cancels on [Expiry Date])” and no future charges will occur.
Reactivating Your Account
If you change your mind before or after your subscription concludes, you can reactivate your account in one click by clicking Renew Subscription in your portal dashboard.
