Beyond the standard day-delay reminder, ReviewX lets you build a targeted reminder schedule around specific products, categories, or conditions — useful for pushing reviews on a particular launch or your best-selling items.
Step 1: Create a new schedule
Go to ReviewX → Review Reminder → Reminder Emails and click Create New Schedule.
Step 2: Filter which products qualify
Enable Filter Product, then choose how to target it:
- Product or Category — target one or several specific ones.
- Product + Category — combine both conditions.
- Special condition — target by pattern, like your most-reviewed or lowest-reviewed products.
Step 3: Save the schedule
Confirm your filters and save. ReviewX runs this schedule automatically going forward, alongside your standard reminder settings.
