Before your review reminder emails go out to real customers, ReviewX lets you send yourself a test copy first — so you can check the subject line, placeholders, and layout render the way you expect.
Step 1: Open the email content editor
Go to ReviewX → Review Reminder → Email Content and review the subject and body for the reminder stage you want to test.
Step 2: Send a test email
- Enter your own email address in the Send Test Email field.
- Click Send.
Check your inbox — the test email uses the same template and placeholder logic ([customer_name], [site_name], [order_number], etc.) as a real reminder, with sample data filled in.
Once you’re happy with it
Go to Reminder Settings and enable the toggle for that reminder stage, then click Save — see Sending Review Reminder Emails for the full reminder setup.
