ReviewX lets you control how reviews are received from your customers based on different order statuses.
How To Display Reviews Based On Order Status #
Follow these easy steps to configure settings for display reviews based on order status:
Step 1: Open ReviewX dashboard and navigate to ‘Settings’ tab. You just need to check the options from the settings panel, on which order status you want to collect review. If you uncheck an option, the customer will not able to give a review for that particular order status.
Step 2: After making changes, click on the ‘Next’ button. Then the reviews will be set based on the order status.
