If you want guest checkouts and one-time buyers to be able to leave feedback too — not just registered, logged-in customers — ReviewX supports that with the same setting used to restrict reviews the other way.

Step 1: Open Review Settings

Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings and open the Who can leave reviews on your shop dropdown.

Step 2: Select “Anyone”

Choose Anyone and click Save.

What changes

Non-registered and guest customers can now submit reviews without needing an account or a verified purchase.
