Follow these guidelines to enable reviews from non-registered users in  ReviewX.

Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> ReviewX ->Review Settings.

Now, go to the ‘Who can leave reviews on your shop’ option, click the drop-down icon, and select the circle labeled ‘Anyone’. Then, click ‘Save’ to allow reviews from users who are not logged in or registered.
