Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> ReviewX ->Rollback to v1.

• Stable Internet Connection: Avoid refreshing or closing the browser tab until the rollback process is complete.

By clicking ‘Start Rollback’, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms above.

Step 2: Initiate the Rollback

After reviewing and following the necessary terms, click the ‘Rollback’ button to begin. The process is fully automated, ensuring a seamless transition to ReviewX V1 while preserving all your reviews and settings.

After a Successful Rollback:

Once the rollback process is completed, follow these important steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

• Uninstall ReviewX V2: Remove ReviewX V2 from your WordPress site.
• Re-install ReviewX V1: Download and reinstall the ReviewX V1 plugin.
  • Navigate to the Development Version section.
  • Select the appropriate version and click ‘Download’.
• Re-activate Pro Features (For Pro Users): If you’re using the Pro version, make sure to reactivate it to regain access to premium features.
