Photo and video reviews take more effort than typing a sentence — a discount is a fair trade for that extra effort, and it noticeably increases how many customers bother to attach media.
Step 1: Open Discount for Review settings
Go to ReviewX → Discount for Review → Review for Discount and enable Discount for Photo/Video Review.
Step 2: Choose your coupon type
- Auto Generated Single Use — each customer gets a unique, one-time code.
- Single Code For All — every qualifying customer gets the same code.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. Customers who submit a review with a photo or video now automatically receive this discount.
