Having a photo/video review certainly comes in handy, but you’ll need motivated customers for a good number of photo/video reviews. And what’s the best way to motivate the customers besides gifting discount coupons?
ReviewX enables you to encourage customers to post a photo/video review by offering them discounts that match their preferences. To avail discounts for your customers for photo/video reviews, follow these simple steps;
Step 1: Go to Review Discount Settings
From Wp-admin, open ReviewX → Discount for Review → Review for Discount.
Step 2: Enable the ‘Discount for Photo/Video Review’ Option
Next, toggle the switch to activate email requests for the ‘Discount for Photo/Video Review‘ and customize the settings as needed.
Note: ReviewX offers two types of discount codes.
- ‘Auto Generated Single Use’ provides each customer with a unique discount code for one-time use. And,
- ‘Single Code For All’ offers customers the same discount code.
When ‘Auto Generated Single Use’ will be used for display;
Step 3: Customize the ‘Auto Generated Single Use’ for demonstration.
Note: Discount Customization Options;
- Discount Type: You can choose the percentage of the product price or a Fixed amount.
- Discount Value: You can customize how much discount you want to avail for the customers.
- Expired in: Choose the expiration date and time of the product code. End of that given period, the code will be invalid.
When ‘Single Code for All’ will be used for display;
Step 4: Customize the ‘Single Code for All’ for demonstration.
Note: Discount Customization Options;
- Discount Code: You can create a discount code for the products.
- Discount Type: You can choose the percentage of the product price or a Fixed amount.
- Discount Value: You can customize how much discount you want to offer customers.
- Expired in: Choose the expiration date and time of the product code. End of that given period, the code will be invalid.
Note: To make these settings more effective, you can consider adding these additional configurations as well in the Auto Generated Single Use and also the Single Code For All.
Usage Restriction: Set limits on the discount code by defining a minimum and maximum spend.
- Minimum spend: Set a minimum purchase amount that customers must meet to use the discount code.
- Maximum spend: Define the maximum purchase amount eligible for the discount code.
Usage Limit: Control how discounts are used by setting limits.
- Usage limit per coupon: Specify how many times the discount code can be used in total. Once this limit is reached, the code will no longer be valid.
- Usage limit per user: Define how many times an individual customer can use the discount code, ensuring fair usage.
Now customers will get a discount coupon if they have posted a review using the ‘Upload Photo/Video’ button from the photo/video review request email.
