A review with a photo or video carries more weight than text alone — but customers rarely add one unless you specifically ask. ReviewX has a dedicated request email just for that.
Step 1: Open Reminder Settings
Go to ReviewX → Review Reminder → Reminder Settings and enable Requests for Photo/Video Review.
Step 2: Customize the email
Go to Email Content and edit the banner, subject, body, and button text for this stage.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. Photo/video requests go out automatically to customers who left a text-only review or haven’t reviewed yet, depending on your reminder sequence.
