A star rating tells a shopper how a product was rated; a recommendation tells them whether the reviewer would suggest it to someone else — a subtly different, and often more persuasive, signal.
Step 1: Open Review Settings
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Review Settings and turn on Recommendation.
Step 2: Save
Click Save. The review form now asks customers whether they’d recommend the product to others, and the aggregated recommendation count displays alongside your rating statistics.
