Rather than reminding every eligible customer at once, ReviewX lets you filter which orders get a reminder before you send — useful for targeting a specific batch instead of blasting your entire order history.
Step 1: Open Reminder Emails
Go to ReviewX → Review Reminder → Reminder Emails and click Filter & Send Reminder.
Step 2: Set your filter conditions
In the popup, filter by order status and by a custom order date range. Only orders in a status you’ve marked eligible for reviews can be filtered this way — see Displaying Reviews Based on Order Status if you need to adjust that first.
Step 3: Send
Confirm your filters and send — only orders matching your criteria receive the reminder.
