Anyone can write “great product, five stars” — a verified purchaser badge tells shoppers this particular review comes from someone who actually bought the item, which carries a lot more weight than an unverified comment.
How it works
When a review comes from a customer who purchased the product through your store, ReviewX automatically attaches a Verified Purchaser badge to their review — no manual tagging needed.
Manually marking a review as verified
For reviews that came in through another channel (an import, or a review left before the badge system was active), you can manually mark a review as verified from ReviewX → Reviews → All Reviews.
