ReviewX sends review-request and discount emails through its own platform mailer by default, and that comes with a monthly sending limit based on your plan — not a per-order cap.

This counts review-request reminders and discount-for-review emails together, and resets automatically each month.
Why did my emails stop sending?
If review reminder or discount emails suddenly stop going out mid-month, you’ve likely hit your plan’s quota. Check by going to ReviewX → Review Reminder and looking at the Request Emails list for a quota-related status on recent entries.
How to send unlimited emails
Connect your own SMTP server under ReviewX → General Settings → SMTP — emails sent through your own server don’t count against ReviewX’s platform quota at all. See Connecting Your Own SMTP Server.
