A discount coupon is a much stronger incentive to leave a review than a plain “please review” email — ReviewX’s Discount for Review feature automates sending one as a thank-you for feedback.
Step 1: Open Discount for Review settings
Go to ReviewX → Discount for Review and enable the feature.
Step 2: Set who qualifies
- Registered User — only send coupons if the customer’s email is a registered account.
- Verified Purchaser — only for reviews from customers who actually bought the product.
- Only for Photo Review — restrict to reviews that include a photo.
- Required Rating — restrict by star rating range, or allow any rating.
Step 3: Configure the coupon
Under the Coupon tab, choose:
- Coupon Type — send an existing coupon, or auto-generate a unique code per customer.
- Coupon Prefix — a prefix added to auto-generated codes.
- Discount Amount — the value of the coupon.
Step 4: Save
Click Save. ReviewX now sends a discount email automatically whenever a review matches your qualifying rules.
