Not every store needs every filter option showing — a small catalog with few attachments might not need a photo/video filter cluttering the review section, for instance. ReviewX lets you pick exactly which filters appear.
Step 1: Open Widget Settings
Go to ReviewX → Reviews → Widget Settings → Filter Options.
Step 2: Choose your filters
Check the filters you want visible — star rating (All, 4 & above, 3 & above, and so on) and attachment status (With Attachment, Without Attachment, Both). Uncheck any you don’t need.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. The product page’s filter dropdown now shows only the options you selected.
