The ReviewX Client Portal (portal.reviewx.io) serves as your mission control for managing ReviewX subscription plans, licensing quotas, invoice records, and connected WooCommerce storefronts — entirely centralized and independent from your WordPress admin.

Key Dashboard Cards & Metrics

1. Membership Plan Overview

Displays your current plan tier (e.g. Free, Pro Annual, or Agency Lifetime), your renewal date, and billing frequency. If you are on an active paid plan, you can access one-click upgrades or renewal settings directly from this card.

2. License Quotas & Active Sites

Provides a real-time count of your license usage:

• Total Allowed Slots: The maximum number of separate WordPress sites permitted under your subscription.
• Used Slots: Domains currently connected and receiving ReviewX Cloud synchronization.
• Available Slots: Remaining license keys ready for deployment on new client or sister stores.

3. Cloud Sync & Email Delivery Status

Monitors high-level SaaS health across your connected properties, including monthly transactional email volume and sync connectivity.

Portal Navigation Structure

• Dashboard: Executive summary of your plans, quick links, and system announcements.
• Licenses: Detailed inventory of all generated license keys (lk-...), linked website URLs, connection dates, and disconnect actions.
• Billing & Invoices: Full ledger of past payments, downloadable PDF invoices, and payment method management.
• Profile Settings: Update account contact details, company name, and security credentials.
