Not every review comes from an email prompt — customers who leave a review directly on your store, unprompted, are showing real engagement, and a discount is a good way to acknowledge that.
Step 1: Open Discount for Review settings
Go to ReviewX → Discount for Review → Review for Discount and enable On-Store Review.
Step 2: Choose your coupon type
- Auto Generated Single Use — each customer gets a unique, one-time code.
- Single Code For All — every qualifying customer gets the same code.
Step 3: Save
Click Save. Customers who submit a review directly on your product page now automatically receive this discount, regardless of whether a reminder email prompted them.
