ReviewX offers separate settings to enable ‘External & Internal’ video source when you enable video with the review. So now it’s your choice from how you want to receive video with the review.
If you allow video with review from the settings tab, a drop-down will open, where you can select the video source. If you want to give freedom to your customer, you can select ‘Both Internal & External’ , in that case your customer can upload video or share external source like youtube etc.
