Sometimes, you may prefer to allow customers to express positive feedback on reviews without giving them the option to dislike. ReviewX makes it easy to enable only the ‘like’ option while disabling ‘dislike’ for a streamlined and positive interaction.

Follow these steps to enable the like/dislike feature for reviews in ReviewX.

Step 1: Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> ReviewX ->Review Settings.

Step 2: Now, scroll down to the ‘Enable like/dislike‘ section. Switch on the toggle button, and the ‘Allow only Like‘ option will appear. Click on the circle to activate it. Finally, press the ‘Save‘ button to confirm the changes.

Once this feature is enabled, the like option will appear in the Reviews section of your WordPress website.
