1. Membership [OPTIONAL]
You need not be a member of reviewx.io(ReviewX) to access the site or use the content or services. However, access to some areas of reviewx.io(ReviewX) and some content and services may also be restricted to members only. On becoming a member, you will be required to enter into a separate Membership Agreement.
2. Proprietary Rights

You can’t re-distribute any ReviewX product or template, or with source files. You can’t resell a single license or bundle with other items, and even if you modify the product. You can’t re-distribute or make available the product as-is or with superficial modifications. For example, you can’t license a number of source files and redistribute/resell them as a clip-art pack.
In case of free distribution of our products, we reserve full rights to revoke your entire license and take necessary legal steps against the person who purchased the product as well as anyone who was involved in distribution.
3. Copyright Agent
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that those people who use the Sites, or the services or features made available on or through the site, do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please forward the following information to ReviewX.: your address, telephone number, and email address;
a description of where the alleged infringing material is located;
a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; and
a statement by you, that you warrant that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
4. Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the Trade Marks) displayed on reviewx.io(ReviewX), or on content available through reviewx.io(ReviewX), are registered and unregistered Trade Marks of ReviewXand others. Nothing contained on reviewx.io(ReviewX) should be construed as granting expressly or by implication any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Sites without the written permission of ReviewXor the third party that may own the applicable Trademark.
5. Changes to Terms of and Conditions
ReviewXmay, at its sole discretion, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you.
Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted by us on reviewx.io(ReviewX).
Your continued use of reviewx.io(ReviewX) and/or the services made available on or through the site after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
6. User Information
In the course of your use of reviewx.io(ReviewX) and/or the content or services made available on, or through, reviewx.io(ReviewX), you may be asked to provide certain personalized information to us (User Information). You agree that if you include a link from any other website to reviewx.io(ReviewX), such link must link to the full version of an HTML formatted page of reviewx.io(ReviewX). To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of ReviewX., and its suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again).
In all cases, ReviewX., and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
12. Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify ReviewXand its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
