Review submission policies dictate the rules and conditions under which a customer can successfully submit a review on your storefront. Configuring this properly helps prevent spam and ensures high-quality feedback.
Configuring the Policy
- Navigate to ReviewX from your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the Reviews section and click on the Settings tab.
- Here you will find settings specifically tailored for WooCommerce products and Custom Post Types (CPTs).
From this dedicated Review Settings panel, you can enforce rules such as requiring users to upload a photo to submit a review, configuring multi-criteria parameters, or enforcing character minimums for the review text. Simply toggle the options that fit your store’s requirements and click Save.
